Flightwing partnered with the Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) to conduct comprehensive aerial surveys to assess urban development and identify unauthorized constructions. Using state-of-the-art drones and DGPS technology, we created detailed 3D maps and accurate building models, providing insights that assist in regulatory planning and public land protection.
In partnership with the Varanasi Development Authority, Flightwing conducted a High Flood Level (HFL) survey to support infrastructure resilience and city planning. Our drones captured detailed topographical data to map high flood level zones, providing critical insights for flood risk management and future urban development.
To aid local farmers in Nashik, Maharashtra, Flightwing deployed its agricultural spray drones for large-scale crop spraying operations. This project provided an efficient, precise, and eco-friendly solution, reducing chemical usage while maximizing crop protection across expansive agricultural fields.
The Varuna River, historically significant in Varanasi, has faced severe degradation, turning from a flowing river into more of a stagnant drain over time. Recognizing the urgent need to address the root causes, the Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) initiated a comprehensive survey across the river’s 40 km stretch through the city. This survey aimed to analyze the environmental and infrastructural factors contributing to the river’s current state, enabling authorities to implement targeted restoration measures.
Flightwing utilized high-resolution drone-based imaging and LiDAR technology for a complete aerial survey of the river, combined with geospatial analysis for pinpointing areas of concern. Data collected was used to generate a detailed, 3D model of the river stretch, highlighting pollution points, structural encroachments, and sediment levels.
